French harpist Anaïs Gaudemard has released the new recording Harp Concertos on the Claves Records label. The recording includes Alberto Ginastera’s  Harp Concerto; the Concerto for Harp by François-Adrien Boieldieu; and Claude Debussy’s “danses sacrée et profane,” recorded with the Orchestre de l’Opéra de Rouen Normandie, conducted by Leo Hussain.

” I love the harp because of all we ignore about it, as for me, it is a limitless instrument,” says Gaudemard on her website. “I invite the listener to discover it with three pieces that count among the most beautiful works ever written for that instrument and that reveal its sound versatility.

Anaïs Gaudemard was First Prize winner at the 2012 International Harp Contest in Israel, and recipient of a 2014  Fondation d’Entreprise Banque Populaire artistic grant.
