Mingwei He is a composer and pianist from Hebei, China. She attended China's Central Conservatory of Music, and in 2018 pursued composition at the Eastman School of Music in the U.S. He has been a prize winner and finalist in many international composition contests including the Thailand International Composition Competition, the 4th International Antonin Dvorak Composition Competition, and the 6th USA International Harp Competition Composition Competition for her work Design. She has also won prizes in competitions as a pianist.
