Elizabeth Volpé Bligh has edited the harp part from “Valse Bluette” for pedal harp. The excerpt comes from ACT IV of Pytor Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake. Volpé Bligh has enharmonically respelled a difficult section to eliminate additional pedal changes. Pedal changes and diagrams are marked throughout.
