I just purchased my first rental harp and am now trying to draw up a rental contract. Does anyone have one they would be willing to share? Any advice about something

Janna, in office supply stores you can find standard forms of many kinds. Look for the one called Rental of Personal Property. It might need a little adjustment here and there but I found it quite workable. You’d need to have each renter sign a form to keep, and a duplicate to give back to you. Yes, ask for a damage deposit , to be returned in full when the harp is returned in the same good condition.
