Does anyone know of a good Paraguayan Arpa teacher in the UK?

I already know Andy Lowings, Robert Munro and his wife Rosemary and John Dalton. Are there any more, ideally in the North?

Unlike in America, the Paraguayan Arpa is little known or studied over here and we haven’t been able to find anyone. My Daddy has tried mailing Cristobal Pedersen to no avail and tried to get Martin Portillo to give Skype lessons but no luck there either.

I am planning to go to Paraguay for 6-9 months when I finish school in 2 years, and would eventually like to play the Arpa professionally.
