I have played one, and went with a girlfriend when she ended up purchasing one. The Marion is quite large, so a handful for her (she is in her mid to late 60’s) but when she listened to the others on sale at the time, I have to agree, it outplayed the others also for sale. Two of the ones you have listed above are smaller than the Marion, so maybe not good to compare them. The Voyageur I have seen and heard, and also a great harp. The Marion is a great choice if you want a larger floor harp with a big sound. Be sure if you drive an economy sized car, it will fit. Even if harps are the same weight, I find that the larger they are, the more awkward they become to carry. All the harps you are listing, come from dependable makers. Best of luck and fun shopping! I had the opportunity to play a Stoney End Marion a few years ago, and fell in love with the lush, big sound – very rich tone. I didn’t move the instrument so cannot speak to its weight, but I would imagine that the deeper tone implies a slightly heavier harp. I have not tried the other harps, but do own Music Makers Gothic harp which has a clear and bright tone. The only thing that kept me from purchasing the Marion on the spot (besides the lack of cash in my pocket) was the fact that I couldn’t justify adding another harp to my collection at that time….

I enjoy playing a Stoney End Briar Rose enough to recommend the Marion if you need that large a harp. The Stones are easy to work with and their instruments produce a wonderful sound. Four octaves, and the shorter length, were deciding factors for me; otherwise, I would likely have chosen the Marion myself.
