I’ve recently started to play an arrangement of “Consolation” in B flat (g minor) but must retune four E strings to E flat since I don’t have full levers.
I have never had trouble with strings breaking from retuning a half-step on a lever harp. Nylon strings are the most flexible, in that way.
“There’s no such thing as a wrong note, if it played right; but a right note may be played wrong.”
Thank you, Saul
God bless – PTL

I have transposed this music to G so no longer need to retune the E strings.
Oops – its now in B minor – not G.
