I watched a new DVD release last night called “The Brothers Bloom” and there is a gold pedal harp about 10 minutes into the movie. A woman hauls it out onto her stately lawn and begins to play it (although you can not hear her play and her hand movements don’t make me think she is actually playing it anyway.

However, I know we all have fun when there is a harp sighting (ala the last Harry Potter movie, etc.)

….just to mention…other than the harp, the movie is not worth watching!

I liked the movie, though it was about 20-30 minutes too long. Just one trick too many — if they’d ended it at the obvious place they should have, and not gone into “Are we done yet? Not again!” territory, I would have been happy.
