Harpist Mark Pfannschmidt leads a multifaceted career as a professional musician. For decades he has performed as a symphonic violist and collaborative pianist and continues to do so. Most recently he has returned to the study of the harp, a journey which began when he was a student of Elisa Dickon at the Interlochen Arts Academy in the late 1970s. His most recent performance at an upscale senior living community was unanimously praised. He has enjoyed finding, writing and adapting works for lever harp.
