Notes from the arranger:

Maurice Ravel greatly appreciated the rhythmic idioms of Spanish and Cuban music. A composition of outstanding originality of this genre is his “Vocalise-étude en forme de habanera” which soon reached great popularity and many adaptations. With its gentle arpeggios and its romantic and dreamy attitude the composition is perfectly ideal for harp duet.
