Tasha Smith Godinez’ original composition Infancia is for solo pedal harp. This fun and energetic work was inspired by Godinez’ three energetic sons. Description

Note from the composer

In the recording I used a violin bow to play the lowest A string on the pedal harp. This is not notated in the music, however you are free to do so! In order to execute the middle section of the piece, the performer will need two metal plectrums (like triangle strikers–one for each hand) and one crotal which will be fastened hanging from the music stand or a percussion stand.
