Rachel Brandwein’s original work meditation on s p a c e  is for pedal harp and organ. The piece’s long arc conveys a sense of vastness: beginning with a low organ pedal, a solemn ostinato repeats in the harp as the music builds to a dramatic climax then fades back into the depths. A beautiful concert piece.
