Note from the arranger
There are two versions, one is for small harp (lowest note is 5th octave C) and the other uses the lower octave of a larger lever harp. The ranges for each version are clearly indicated on the cover.

Mark Pfannschmidt has transcribed J.S. Bach’s “Prelude” from Cello Suite No. 1 for solo lever harp. Two versions are included: one for small harps and one for a 34-string harp. (See cover images for ranges.) The rhythm has been notated using 8th notes instead of 16th notes, which not only makes it easier to read, but also makes the notation of lever changes more precise. Letter size and A4 size PDFs are offered with both versions.
