Canon for Small Harp

Jennifer Buehler’s arrangement of Pachelbel’s Canon in D is for solo lever or pedal harp. This version of the ever-so-popular piece is specifically tailored to the 22-string lap harp with a range from g to g and is actually performed in the key of C. Rehearsal markings have been placed by Buehler “every eight bars to assist the harpist in adapting the length of the piece for playing in wedding ceremonies” or other events. This piece is known to be played at a myriad of events ranging from weddings, to funerals, to Christmas parties and more!
