Alyssa Reit’s The Three Prayers is for pedal harp and horn. The three movements reflect what Reit calls three types of prayers: “Please,” “Wow!” and “Thanks.” These are preceded with a brief opening “Invocation,” during which the hornist plays light percussion. Scroll down for additional notes.
