Thank you Brook! Yes, I did mean the Chicago 40. Both Salvi and L&H have show rooms in LA, so I was hoping to spend some time at each of them. I don’t even know what pedal spacing is! This is all pretty new.
Hi , it’s me again. I am new to the forum world, and certainly new to the pedal harp world. I’ve been reading lots of posts here, and see again and again that the only opinion that matters is mine. I appreciate all the posts that I have read about harps and makers out there. I feel certain that both Lyon and Healy and Salvi make beautiful harps, and what ever I get, if I take the plunge, will be an asset to my work and my learning. I didn’t know about Venus harps, and have now visited their website too, and was touched by what some people said about those harps. My brother and sister-in-law live in Chicago, so maybe it’s time for a visit!
