ParticipantHer opening line ”I’m a nasty old lady….” is a disclaimer, she was actually paying you a complement. you didn’t need to talk about whatever it was you spoke about you just needed to play and since what you were playing on (harp) and what you were playing was so nice she wanted to hear more. No need to talk just play!!!

Participantyes, the Balderston version is available at harp.com. make sure you order several things from them as their shipping rate is absolutely unacceptably ridiculous. I find I have this problem of which version of a piece I would like when there are several options available. While purchasing the different selections (shipping being within reason!) is not a problem as this is my hobby and the music is usually no more than a happy hour bill, it would be nice to hear it before buying. This brings me to youtube, one can find people playing more well known songs but it is simply unacceptable that usually the piece arrangement is not notated. Rude to say the least!

ParticipantMy subscription started this year and I’ve had to call HQ to mail me both past issues as they never came regularly. I did file a concern with the post office and they said after speaking with the post carrier, who said they had not seen it, did not have any answers. Guess I’ll have to HQ again. it’s very frustrating as I don’t have my subscription information so I can look at older issues online.

ParticipantAny proper gentleman would know it is bad etiquette to extend one’s hand to a lady, you are supposed to wait for her to lead the gesture if she chooses. I’m sure he said ”nice to meet you” rather than ”how do you do”!

ParticipantHey Kimberly and Hugh, no worries, I’m just like a kid at Chritsmas and can’t wait! It’s been a couple of weeks now and still hasn’t come, I haven’t lost faith yet. Thank you
