Edinburgh Harp Festival Begins April 4

The five-day Edinburgh International Harp Festival runs April 4–9 in Edinburgh. The event, which began in 1982 through Pilgrim Harps, is now overseen by The Clarsach Society. Workshops and concerts are scheduled throughout the day and evening featuring well-known performers such as Maeve Gilchrist, Catriona McKay, Corinna Hewat, Andrew Lawrence King, and many others, along with The Festival Orchestra of harps led by Isobel Mieras (see our Q and A with Mieras).
