The International Harp Contest in Israel has announced the new dates of its 22nd competition, which will now take place Dec. 1–11, 2025. Applications will open on June 1, 2025, and are due no later than Aug. 1, 2025.
The competition was originally scheduled to take place Sept. 16–26, 2024, in Akko, but was postponed due to current events in the region. Repertoire and age requirements will remain the same; the 22nd International Harp Contest in Israel is open to harpists of all nationalities who have not passed their 36th birthday by Aug. 13, 2024.
