Samira Memarzadeh is a harpist of Persian-German heritage whose work centers on transcultural music, blending traditions from Mongolia, South West Asia, and Senegal through ensembles such as Duo Djinela, do-nawā, and Ensemble Perismon. A founding member of the Bridges Kammerorchester and creator of Tiny Bridges, she is also a dramaturg at the Tonhalle Düsseldorf and holds advanced music degrees alongside a B.A. in Islamic Studies and Ethnology.
