Program summary

This month long festival is primarily an orchestral training camp for pedal harp students from ages 14 – 24 with four different weekly concerts with two orchestras and different conductors. Harp students get daily classes, plus lessons and chamber music. The festival is set on top of a mountain in the beautiful campus of the University of the South in Sewanee, TN where students can hike or fish in a relaxing setting.

Additional info

Harp students are placed in two different orchestras but learn each others’ parts to help build their libraries for the future. The harp studio has a welcoming “family” atmosphere.
