The Scottish Opera, based in Glasgow, has announced an opening for principal harp. Applicants must submit recordings and applications via Musical Chairs by Jan. 19 at 5 p.m. After preliminary screening of recordings, the second and third rounds will take place in Glasgow on Feb. 9 and 11.
The Scottish Opera Orchestra performs main stage and medium-scale operas, participates in education and outreach work, and performs concerts and recordings. Please see the audition listing and orchestra website for more information.
