The Manchester Harp Festival will take place Jan. 19–20, 2024, led by Artistic Director Louise Thomson. The two-day event includes performances, workshops, “Meet the Artist” events, children’s activities, and a competition for harpists of all abilities.
Anneleen Lenaerts, principal harpist of the Vienna Philharmonic, will headline the festival with her performance at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 20. The festival’s opening recital on Jan. 19 features performances from Louise Thomson, Anne-Marie O’Farrell, Marie Leenhardt, and Esther Swift.
