A new book written in Japanese features a collection of magazine and newspaper articles by Japanese harpist Yoshie Abe, compiled and edited by her last student, Kyoko Tanaka. Abe was a student of Ksenia Erdeli, Marcel Tournier, Henriette Renié, and Lily Laskine, and later became the first harp teacher at Tokyo University of the Arts.

The book, titled “Pioneer of the Japanese Harp World, Yoshie Abe’s selected articles 1934–1967, Compiled by Kyoko Tanaka,” is available from Amazon.
