The Edinburgh Harp Festival happens this week beginning March 31 and continuing through April 5. The annual event has drawn Celtic harp players from around the world to Edinburgh since 1982 when John Hoare and Mike Stevens of Pilgrim Harps planned the first event to coincide with the Edinburgh Folk Harp Festival. Today, the festival is overseen by Scotland’s Clarsach Society. A star-studded roster of performers and presenters will give workshops, classes, and concerts throughout the week. Highlights include:
