Your Contact Information

Camps and Colleges advertising in two or more print issues per academic year are eligible for a complimentary online sidebar ad in our camp and college directory pages. Select two or more print issues below to claim your complementary online ad. Print ads must be 1/3 pg or larger to qualify.

Reserve Print Ads

Once you have chosen an option, please read important information below about billing and ad renewals.
(To receive 10% discount, choose at least three issues within one year. To receive 15% discount, choose six consecutive issues. To receive discounted online advertising and a complimentary online directory sidebar ad for camps and colleges, choose at least two issues. Ads must be reserved together to receive discounts. Pro-rating will not apply.)
(Rates reflect single issue pricing. Discounts will be applied for reserving three or more ads together. Rates are guaranteed for all ads reserved together. Single issue rates subject to change.)
Ad orientation
Applies to 1/2 and 1/3 pg. ads. See harpcolumn.com/advertising-rates-and-specs/ for examples.
Premium spaces are sometimes available for an additional 10%. If you are interested in premium space, we will contact you if something is available.
Ad artwork is due by the materials deadline according to the specifications in our media kit. Send materials to info@harpcolumn.com. We will try our best to honor late submissions or changes right up to the moment we go to print, but we cannot make any guarantees past the materials deadline. Ad artwork can be updated at any time if materials are submitted by the deadline. For regular advertisers advertising in every issue, if we do not receive new materials, we will use most recent ad.
If you are running an ongoing ad, we will automatically renew your print ad and invoice you bi-monthly with a 15% discount. By choosing this option, you agree to run a minimum of six consecutive print ads. We'll continue to send deadline reminders to your contact email address above in case you’d like to change your ad image or place an additional ad. Ad artwork can be updated at any time if materials are submitted by the deadline. If you don't notify us about a change by the materials deadline, we’ll automatically use your most recent ad.
If you you reserved a package of three to five ads we will automatically renew your print ad and invoice you for the issues you chose at a 10% discount. Invoices will be sent per issue. By choosing this option you agree to run at least three ads within the next 12 months. We'll continue to send deadline reminders to the email address above in case you’d like to change your ad image or place an additional ad. Ad artwork can be updated at any time if materials are submitted by the deadline. If you don't notify us about a change by the materials deadline, we’ll automatically use your most recent ad according to the schedule you indicated.
If you reserve one or two ads per year, we'll reserve space for the issue(s) you indicate and invoice you our single issue rate. Invoices will be sent per issue. We'll continue to send deadline reminders to the email address above in case you’d like to change your ad image or place an additional ad. Ad artwork can be updated at any time if materials are submitted by the deadline. If you don't notify us about a change by the materials deadline, we’ll automatically use your most recent ad according to the schedule you indicate.

Reserve online ads

(Minimum 30 days.)
Tell us the specific dates you want to run your online ad.
If you are running an ongoing online ad, we will continue to run your ad and invoice you monthly until you notify us. Ongoing ad images can be changed once per month.
If you are running an online ad for specific dates, we will activate your ad for the dates indicated and invoice you for the entire ad run in 30 day increments. Ads that start in the middle of a month will run until the same day the following month. Requests for early removal cannot be pro-rated.

Reserve e-newsletter ads

E-newsletters are sent every Tuesday. Tell us the month you would like your e-news ad to appear, and we will contact you to confirm the exact placement date and artwork deadline. Prices reflect a single e-news ad. Only one e-news ad will appear per email.

Billing

We will send you an invoice for the ads you have reserved with instructions for paying online or mailing a check. Print advertising invoices are sent at the beginning of the month before the issue date. Online and e-newsletter advertising invoices are sent at the beginning of the month your ad will be running. If you are running multiple ads and would like us to consolidate your invoices, or if your institution has any invoice scheduling requirements, please give us details below.

Submitting Artwork

Submit your artwork to us at info@harpcolumn.com according to the specifications in our media kit (https://harpcolumn.com/advertising-rates-and-specs/).
