Bedside Harp

Bedside Harp founder Edie Elkan says, “All who play the harp have one thing in common: we are all totally in love with our instrument—with the sound, the sight, the touch of the strings, the vibrations that go through our body with each pluck. We in the harp therapy community especially embrace the harp’s ability to soothe, comfort and bring hope both to ourselves and to those for whom we play.

Elkan says the role of Bedside Harp in our community is to promote the healing properties of the instrument through its instructional harp and harp therapy training and certification programs.
