have you tried going to harp.com? Look under harp and misc intruments, harp and flute as well as harp and strings.
Is it your fingers squeaking on the strings? I’m a hairdresser and having my hands go from wet to dry all day long has robbed the natural oils from my hands, causing a “squeak” when my fingers slide along the strings of my harp. This goes away if I take a few days off from work but quickly comes back upon return.
