I see this is an old post but I am desperate for help. I have been on PT for 7 weeks. And now I have a right shoulder injury, to top it off. I have a history of autoimmune Spondyloarthritis. I have severe upper back and neck spasms. So severe now that I am afraid I won’t be able to play for Christmas. I can’t even practice long enough to learn music. I have been working hard in PT until the shoulder injury last week. That is an unrelated problem. But these spasms are out of control and increase to the point of keeping me up all night.
Please I need help.
