ParticipantHi Katy, I have a Salvi Prima 34. I didn’t get the 38 as it gives more high strings, not low ones. The 34 has fantastic bass but is a bit heavy to carry – well, for one of my advanced years, but the sound is great and the levers are very friendly. Hope you find your destiny harp and good luck! ParticipantI think the harps were part of the National Children’s Orchestra which was playing for the event, but can’t find names for you.

ParticipantThank you so much for such valuable advice and suggestions – you have given me a great start! Brilliant idea to take the cover round with me – I’d never have thought of it myself! It’s great to have so many suggestions of models and makes, so that ringing round is so much easier. And thanks for the advice to get the car checked, too. Now I can start looking in earnest, armed with the collective wisdom of you kind people. Thank you so much!

ParticipantI always wanted to play the harp, but it was too expensive and there were no teachers around when I was a child.
