ParticipantThanks Tacye,
It would have been nice if I could have found a matching gothic sound box. I could have been able to replicate it. You see I am an apprentice harp maker here in Tasmania.
It is very hard to find suited supplies for harps in Australia. I wish I was somewhere in Europe and I could source out a matching sound box for my Gothic.

ParticipantThanks Bernard,
I forgot tp tell you that I am an apprentice for a harp maker in Tasmania, Australia. We do make round harp shells. If I had pictures of the inside of an erard Gothic I’d have just no problems. I have replicated the pedal box from an erard pedal box that a friend has loned me.
I dont think it would take 4 years of my life.

ParticipantHi Don,
Is it at all possible for you to arrange a copy for me of “Folk Harps” by Gildas Jaffrenou. I live in Australia and am an apprentice for a Harp maker here.
