ParticipantI have been researching this a bit because I want to get a bluetooth page turner for my harpist daughter (who also uses ForScore). From what I have read online and watched (youTube reviews) I have narrowed it down to the PageFlip Butterfly OR Firefly, Donner Wireless Page Turner and the AirTurn Duo 200.
I am hearing good things about the AirTurn Duo, but it sounds like there are some lemons out there and it some tend to break easily.
I hope you get some replies! I am interested to hear what people’s experiences are!

ParticipantGretchen,
You mentioned that there is an adapter that will help make the Shure SM81 work with an iPad. Is it the Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter that you are referring to by chance? We have an iPad Pro with a USB-C connection and I *think* that might work.May 1, 2020 at 12:04 am in reply to: Microphone (or pickup?) for Harp (Zoom lessons and recording) #245927jill-fichialos
ParticipantGretchen, thank you so much for the tip on the Shure SM81! I have been looking at the reviews and this looks more like what I was hoping to find – a great microphone for acoustic instruments! Thanks for taking the time to respond!

ParticipantFrances Duffy, I don’t see a link to or a name of the beautiful folding music stand – could you please let us know what the brand and model it is that you are referring to?
Thanks!jill-fichialos
ParticipantMy daughter named her lever harp “Carp”.

ParticipantMarisa,
My daughter loves the Korrigan that she tried out at the store…. but your post makes me hesitate. It has been two years since your original post…. have you found a way to fix the slipping tuning pegs? Do you have the older/shorter Camac levers or the newer levers? How old is your Korrigan? Would you get one again? Any updates or advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

ParticipantThanks Andee for your quick reply!
There are not many teachers in the area, and so far those that I have spoken with either do not have rental harps, or the harps that they do rent are all spoken for. I have been pointed in the direction of the Lyon & Healy “rent to buy” program more than once…. -
