I have been happily using ForScore for some time now but have been dissatisfied with touch activated page turns (have to hit Ipad just right). I tried a wireless foot pedal page turner (PageFlip Butterfly) but I found it too large around the pedals. Anyone have any suggestions for a small, low profile wireless page turner that works well around a harp?

I have been researching this a bit because I want to get a bluetooth page turner for my harpist daughter (who also uses ForScore). From what I have read online and watched (youTube reviews) I have narrowed it down to the PageFlip Butterfly OR Firefly, Donner Wireless Page Turner and the AirTurn Duo 200.

I am hearing good things about the AirTurn Duo, but it sounds like there are some lemons out there and it some tend to break easily.

I hope you get some replies! I am interested to hear what people’s experiences are!

I bought the Firefly. It appears to be well built and works properly, but I also had a hard time finding a position that wasn’t too far away from the harp pedals. In the end, I went back to touching the screen of the tablet for page turns. On my tablet, all I have to do is tap the screen lightly with my little finger on the left hand for a page turn. If you are having problems with page turns on your tablet, try using the “performance mode” on ForScore (see the manual for a description of what it does and how to access it easily).
Having said that, I kept the Firefly and may go back and try it again some time.

I’ve been using the PageFlip Butterfly for a few months and am very happy with it. I place it to the left and toward me a bit of the D pedal. I just rotate my foot to press it. I had to experiment quite a bit with placement before finding the right spot. And I always practice with it.
Best wishes finding what works for you.
