Hi Helen, Please do call Thormahlen because they will have information about the shape of your bridge and tuning pins that will be important in helping you solve the problem, and they will know exactly what to tell you to do to fix it.
UPDATE: I am happy to report that my “baby blue” indigo Thormahlen Serenade is holding her tune nicely. She is even warmer and mellower sounding than ever. Like chocolate! Sharon Thormahlen was a great help and directed me to a you tube video she created
