You could find a list of most publishers of harp music, perhaps online, and find from their catalogues whether there exists another publication of this concerto, which is for harp and strings. Possibly someone has recorded this concerto, and a search could reveal where to find the recording; the information in print might reveal a different arranger, or at least a different cadenza arranger. Kathleen Bride, harp professor at Eastman School of Music, would be a very good source of information, and the esteemed Sibley Musical Library is located in that institution.
