I know everyone has their own “routine” or something they do before they perform. Personaly, I like to have a small piece of chocolate (if anything) before I go on stage, but recently I’ve heard from more and more people that bananas are the best
If they are not overripe, they are a source of quick energy that is very digestible. I prefer cream cheese sandwiches, myself. On date-nut bread is even better.
I’ve heard this one before on this site. If your question is whether or not bananas can calm stage freight, I’ll say the same thing I said to the other person who mentioned this. There aren’t enough bananas in Massachusetts to calm my nerves.
