Hello! I’m trying to search for any source that sells cheap newly made pedal harps(unused ones). I tried various sites, and the cheapest one I could find was Lyon and Healy’s Chicago Petite 40 which is $10,450 (which I think is fairly expensive!). Anyone know where I can find pedal harps at least cheaper than $9,500?

Well, Fischer’s model 93 has 5 pedals and is 2800 euros, but I doubt it is what you want.

Venus Harps offers a 42 string pedal harp (the Seraphim) for $9,950.00 USD. I have played on these small harps and believe they have the best sound of all the small pedal harps (including L&H petite 40 strings, L&H chicago 40, and Camac Clio). Another advantage is that there are more strings on the Venus Seraphim with discs than the L&H and Camac models. This gives you access to more music without having to retune the non-disc strings to the key that you are playing in. http://www.venusharps.com/student-harps.htm

    Hi Linden,

I know that Venus had some specials and there may be some unused ones about but unless you are really committed to a new harp and want a small model 40 – 43 strings, you might look on places like Craigslist and ebay.

Virginia harp center had two 85ps that were traded in recently, that they resold for 8,500 and 9,500.

Thanks so much for helping, everyone! I’ve got more choices now.
