Does anyone know the books Adventures of a harp mouse, and the harp mouse finds a new home by Diane Dunn? They sound kind of fun and cute. What is the harp in them? It

I just have the first book, The Adventures of a Harp Mouse, and the harp in this story is a pedal harp. It is just right for someone 8 years old. I keep it in the waiting area next to my studio so it can be enjoyed before lessons if someone comes early. The illustrations are charming, and the story of the mouse traveling along to a concert or a wedding with the harp helps a reader imagine those situations. Delightful!

The second book has a lever harp so both are really good to have and kids love them. The stories are cute and the illustrations too.

The 20 carols with a friend is great too. A classic.

I know this is a late post, but I have read the Adventures books. I frequently volunteer my time for children’s educational library programs, and my programs are geared toward increasing awareness in the harp. During my program, I like to read the first Harp Mouse book to the children- they always enjoy it!
