    Hi
    I wonder if you can help
    I run a string ensemble ( amateur) in London UK
    We play a huge variety of music from the classics to Tango and light jazz
    We have recently been join by a violinist who also plays harp
    Now, she is not quite good enough to take on principal harp parts (solos )
    but she is more than capable of doing acc. such as viennese waltz etc
    I would love to use the harp more but I am having problems finding music for strings with harp acc.
    Can you advise at all ?

    If your harpist gets the Art of Modulating by Carlos Salzedo, it has patterns for accompanying waltzes that if he or she memorizes, they can then use them to improvise a part.
