Author Hope Cowan is an active and versatile performer and teacher based in Houston, Texas. She performs as a soloist, with chamber groups, in orchestras, and for weddings, church services, and special events. She teaches harp lessons to students of all ages. Cowan is principal harp of the Symphony of Southeast Texas, a core member of Monarch Chamber players, and on the harp faculty at the University of Houston.
