Cindy Horstman has been performing, recording, writing, and arranging for harp for the past four decades. Horstman’s love of jazz inspired her to write a popular Jazz Theory Workbook for harpists and jazz-oriented arrangements for harp ensembles. Her compositions have garnered prizes from the American Harp Society chapters in both Dallas and Los Angeles. In 2024, several of Cindy’s pieces have been added to the Texas University Interscholastic League’s Prescribed Music List for solo harp and harp ensemble.
