Australian harpist Carolyn Sykes has performed in Australia, Asia, Europe, and the U.S. for more than 35 years. She moved to Los Angeles 31 years ago for her master’s at the California Institute of the Arts and stayed to establish Pacific Harps, which became the West Coast dealership for Camac Harps. She is a freelance harpist in orchestras, as a soloist, and for film, television, and special events, now dividing her time between Los Angeles and Guadalajara, Mexico, where she has expanded her harp business.
