Bethany Caswell is the first prize winner of the 2026 United Kingdom Harp Competition; Caswell is a student of Imogen Barford at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Natalie Lo (Royal Academy of Music) won second prize, and Hanjiao Zou (Royal College of Music) won third prize. Annest Davies, a student at the Royal Academy of Music, won the Sioned Williams Harp Prize. Prizes include cash awards and recitals at Salvi London, Benslow Music, Harp on Wight, and the Wales International Harp Festival.
This year’s adjudicators were Rachel Masters and Royal Harpist Mared Emyr Pugh-Evans. The competition is run and sponsored by the United Kingdom Harp Association.
