The United Kingdom Harp Competition has announced the winners of its 2025 competition. Heather Brooks won first prize; Brooks is a student of Imogen Barford and graduated from Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2024. Natalie Lo (Royal Academy of Music) received second prize; Emma Phippen (Royal Academy of Music) earned third prize. Yasmin Richards, a student at the Royal Welsh College of Music, won the Sioned Williams Harp Prize. Prizes include cash awards and recitals at Salvi London, Benslow Music, and the Wales International Harp Festival.
This year’s adjudicators were Anne-Marie O’Farrell and Veronika Lemishenko. The competition is run and sponsored by the United Kingdom Harp Association.
