I see musical education as an essential part of personal development in people of all ages. I want to see students gain bodily and emotional awareness through their musical practice, in addition to learning musical idioms. I want to find the music that ignites my student's passion, nurture their technical expertise, and strive for an inherent musicianship that can translate to other modes of creating and enjoying music. Above all, I prioritize the wellness of the student-harpist and I see harp lessons as an opportunity for healing and strengthening the soul.
