Harpist Teresa Suen-Campbell is set to premiere a new harp concerto by JUNO Award-winning Canadian composer Chan Ka Nin, described in a press release as “a highly personal work written during the pandemic while thinking of those most vulnerable.” Suen-Campbell has previously commissioned two harp concertos and is also a Harp Column Music artist. She will give the world premiere of Chan Ka Nin’s Harp Concerto with Sinfonia Toronto, led by Music Director Nurhan Arman, on Nov. 11 at 8 p.m. in Trinity St-Paul’s Centre. The concert will also be livestreamed and available for replay as a video recording.
