The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in Cardiff, Wales, is hosting a harp and guitar weekend Oct. 28–29. The festival features artists such as improvisational harpist Rhodri Davies, harpist Parker Ramsay, the Mela Guitar Quartet, and classical guitarist David Russell. Free masterclasses, workshops, and activities round out the festival schedule.
