Rave Harps International Prestige Award announces 2024 winners

Renee Yadav of Singapore won the Best Performance Award in the Rave Harps Prestige Solo Virtuoso category of the 2024 Rave Harps International Prestige Award competition.

The Rave Harps International Prestige Award has announced the winners of its 2024 competition, held August 8–11 in Singapore.

Renee Yadav of Singapore won the Best Performance Award in the Rave Harps Prestige Solo Virtuoso category. Kaitlyn Tan Yu Xin (Singapore) received an Artistic Award in the same category, while Chloe Liow Yi Yin (Singapore) and Jansci Wong (Hong Kong, China) were each awarded a Distinction with Honors.

In the Pedal Young Professional category, Chow Yen Yu of Singapore won the Best Performance Award. Phang Bei Lin and Ng Yi Wei, both from Singapore, earned Distinction with Honors. Singapore harpists Chew Yi and Chow Ying Qian received Distinction awards.

The competition includes six categories for lever harp and five categories for pedal harp according to age and difficulty level, as well as a solo virtuoso category, four ensemble categories, and three concerto categories (including one for lever harp).
