Rave Harps announces 2026 competition details

The Rave Harps International Prestige Award has announced its 2026 event, consisting of two solo competitions: a classical category for all age groups, and a new “Spin-Off” category featuring pop, jazz, and Latin genres with selected repertoire from the new harp syllabus of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). The competitions are open to all nationalities and will be held online, with a separate live winners’ concert and celebration for each category.

Submissions for the new 2026 “Spin-Off” category are due May 1, 2026. The winners’ concert will take place as part of the Asia Harp Fiesta on June 20–21, 2026, at the National University of Singapore.

Submissions for the classical category are due Sept. 15, 2026. The Prestige Award winners’ concert will take place November 23–24, 2026, at Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay in Singapore.
