The Orchestre de la Suisse Romande (OSR) in Geneva has announced an opening for principal harp. Applications are due July 3. Selected applicants will be invited by email on July 14. The first round of auditions will take place August 22, and the final round with orchestra will be held August 23. For more information about the application process, view the audition listing.
Led by British conductor Jonathan Nott, the OSR gives subscription concerts in Geneva and Lausanne, symphonic programs for the city of Geneva, and the annual United Nations Day concert. The OSR also accompanies operatic performances at the Grand Théâtre of Geneva. The orchestra has recorded over 100 discs in partnership with Decca and makes two to three recordings each season.
